Dhoodh Peda / பால் கோவா

I was thinking for a long time to prepare a milk-sweet recipe and here I go with
one of my favourite Dhoodh peda/ Paal kova !!

Ingredients :
  1. Milk   - 1/2 litre
  2. Sugar - 12 tsp.
Cooking time : 1 hour and 20 minutes

How to do Dhoodh peda/ Paal kova:
  1. Boil the milk in a vessel.
  2. Simmer the flame once the milk gets boiled and then keep stirring for an hour time.
  3. The milk turns yellowish color and gets thickened.
  4. Now add sugar to it and stir well.
  5. Keep stirring till the milk gets thickened as seen in the picture.
I heard this simple to do delicious recipe from one of my friends..
Try this out and enjoy the recipe!

Sweet little home :)

Pink ..pink.. and pink.. Its the Pink Somethings Challenge from Stamp something!!
I love to participate in this pinkish challenge !
And here is my pretty pink card with a sweet little home, a little girl holding flowers and
a few beautiful flowers at the corner of the card :)

Well!! I used..
  • Dark pink chart paper for card
  • Post-it papers for flowers, butterfly, house and "Sweet Home" tag
  • Match sticks colored with sketch pens for fence
  • Golden thermacoal balls as an embellishment
  • Color pencils to color the little girl
I took this snap in sunlight and the shadows have added a punch!
It was fun to do such a card and many thanks to Stamp Something organisers for offering such wonderful opportunities!!
