I was thinking for a long time to prepare a milk-sweet recipe and here I go with
one of my favourite Dhoodh peda/ Paal kova !!
- Milk - 1/2 litre
- Sugar - 12 tsp.
How to do Dhoodh peda/ Paal kova:
- Boil the milk in a vessel.
- Simmer the flame once the milk gets boiled and then keep stirring for an hour time.
- The milk turns yellowish color and gets thickened.
- Now add sugar to it and stir well.
- Keep stirring till the milk gets thickened as seen in the picture.
I heard this simple to do delicious recipe from one of my friends..
